ARE YOU NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER? THEN YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ORDER IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHIN 14 DAYS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE, PROVIDED IT MEETS OUR RETURN CONDITIONS.
Lost the return form? Email sales@sixtrading.nl with the subject 'lost return form + ORD - order number,' and we will resend it to you.
If you have a complaint or defect, click here.
If your order has not been delivered, you can email sales@sixtrading.com, and together we will initiate an investigation into your shipment!
We offer the following return options:

Exchange: You request an exchange, and no additional costs will be charged for the return. Once we receive and process the return shipment, you will receive a credit code for the value of the returned items. You can enter this code as a discount code during the checkout of a new order, and the amount will be deducted from the total.

Refund: You request a refund of the purchase amount, and in this case, you will bear the cost of the return shipment through the return portal. Once BLANC SQUARE receives and processes the return shipment, we will credit the amount back to the original payment method or adjust it on your Riverty or Klarna invoice.

Right to Cancellation:
According to the Distance Selling Act, you have a cooling-off period. The cooling-off period of 14 days starts from the day after you received the package. Within this period, you can cancel the purchase (without giving any reasons) and return the product. We recommend informing us in advance about the return (if you paid via iDEAL, don't forget to include your account number).
Products returned under the Distance Selling Act must be returned in their original condition (and, if reasonably possible, including the original packaging). Failure to comply may result in us refusing the return. Upon acceptance of the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. The return of products is at your own expense and risk. Particularly for more expensive items, we strongly recommend sending the package by registered mail.
Please note that BLANC SQUARE does not offer cash refunds on sale items; instead, you can use the amount as a voucher in our webshop.
