TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General

These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements made with BLANC SQUARE, located in Maasdijk. Registered at the Chamber of Commerce Rotterdam, registration number 77966686. By placing an order through the online store or via email, you indicate that you agree to these general terms and conditions. BLANC SQUARE reserves the right to amend and/or expand these general terms and conditions.

Privacy

Your personal data will be included in BLANC SQUARE's customer database. BLANC SQUARE will not disclose any data to third parties that may compromise your privacy.

It is prohibited to copy, publish, reproduce, or use any text and/or visual materials without written permission. In case of violation, BLANC SQUARE will take legal action.

Order and Agreement

You can place an order through the ordering application on the website. You must complete the order form accurately and truthfully. If you order a custom-made product, your right of return will be void since you expressly instruct BLANC SQUARE to make the product. BLANC SQUARE reserves the right to terminate the agreement if you fail to comply with the conditions set by BLANC SQUARE.

Prices and Payment

The prices listed are in Euros, including VAT, and excluding shipping costs. BLANC SQUARE is not responsible for typographical errors on the site.

You can pay for the products on the website through iDeal or PayPal. Once the payment is completed, production will be initiated, and your order will be processed. If payment is not received by BLANC SQUARE within 5 days, BLANC SQUARE will send you a payment reminder. You will then have 3 days to complete the payment. If the order is not paid after 8 days, the order will be canceled.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify BLANC SQUARE by email at sales@sixtrading.nl.

Shipping and Delivery

We use DPD for all shipments (both domestic and international). All products are sent via a parcel service with a Track & Trace code. The shipping cost for all packages is €5.50. No shipping costs will be charged for orders above €90. The order will be shipped once the payment is credited to BLANC SQUARE's bank account. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when the order is dispatched. Delivery is subject to stock availability. BLANC SQUARE will inform you if a product is no longer in stock.

We aim to ship the order within 1 working day via DPD.

BLANC SQUARE does not offer cash refunds for discounted items.

Reflection Period/Right of Withdrawal

If the purchase qualifies as a consumer sale in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (Article 7:5 BW), you have the right to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 working days without giving any reason. This period starts from the moment the ordered products are delivered. If, after this period, you have not returned the delivered products to BLANC SQUARE, the purchase is final. If you want to return products within the 14 working days after delivery, you must notify BLANC SQUARE by email. Ensure that you have a valid shipping receipt for the return shipment. The return of products must be done in the original packaging (including accessories and any accompanying documentation) and in good condition. If the products have been used or damaged, the right of withdrawal is void. Following the provisions mentioned above, BLANC SQUARE will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to the buyer within 14 days after receiving the return shipment. The return shipment is entirely at the expense and risk of the buyer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry that has been custom-made for you.

Newsletter

All paying customers give consent to be included in the newsletter after completing their order. Customers have the right to unsubscribe at any time.

Images and Specifications

All images and specifications concerning dimensions, colors, etc., on BLANC SQUARE's website are approximate, indicative, and cannot be the basis for compensation or termination of the agreement.
